WikiScope is a freely available portal for microscopy, spectroscopy and bioimaging.

The main scopes of this initiative are:

• to introduce all aspects of microscopy providing reliable references to scientific and didactic work;

• to offer an educational outreach for students and for the general public; a portal to get the interest of the public in the work of microscopy developers and users;

• to provide reviews of books, events, instrumentation, software and journals.

• to archive protocols for the good practice of science and microscopy, maintenance of instrumentation and data analysis.
